- Traditional Okinawan Shorin Ryu kata and bunkai of Naha te, Shuri te and Tomari te
- Kobudo (weapons) kata of sai and bo
- Kumite
The kata and application of technique (bunkai) are performed by 10th degree Grandmaster Eizo Shimabukuro, as taught to him by the karate legends of Okinawa: Chotoku Kyan, Chogun Miyagi, Choki Motobu, Chosen Chibana, Zenryo Shimabukuro, Tatsuo Shimabukuro and Taira Shinken.
