Eizo Shimabukuro has made the
preservation and teaching of Traditional Shorin Ryu Karate Do his life long endeavor.
He is one of the few left from his generation fortunate to have been taught by Okinawa’s legendary teachers; they are Chotoku Kyan, Chogun Miyagi,
Tatsuo Shimabukuro (his brother and founder of Isshin Ryu), Choki Motobu and Zenryo Shimabukuro.
Today, he hopes to preserve Traditional Shorin Ryu Karate Do through his students who dedicate
themselves to this endeavor and through these DVDs.
